What are the primary raw materials used in the manufacturing process?

At the heart of our commitment to sustainable and contemporary design lies the meticulous selection of raw materials. Our elegant neckpieces feature dried grass, infusing a natural and timeless element into each piece. In our pursuit of modernisation, we incorporate 100% glass beads, adding a touch of sophistication to our creations. Embracing eco-conscious practices, we also utilise recycled materials for select products, sourcing and repurposing to minimise our environmental footprint. This dedication to diverse and thoughtful material choices not only enhances the uniqueness of our designs but also reflects our commitment to responsible and innovative craftsmanship.

What are the shipping options available? 

We prepare and deliver or ship within 5 to 7 days at a flat rate of R99 local or in SA Postnet to Postnet. PUDO/PEP delivery is also an option at R65.00. Door delivery and international shipping will be at extra cost determined by location. Please email us to confirm your delivery to these destinations. Should there be delays our support will communicate promptly.

Courier Guy and Postnet have proven to be the most reliable and efficient service provider.

Notifications are sent out once the parcel has been captured and dispatched for delivery.

An Identity document and signature on will be required on product delivery.

Is it possible to arrange for in-person collection of the product?

Collections are allowed per appointment from our business address provided. This can be arranged via WhatsApp or email.

Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?

At Nono Accessories, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.
